Welcome to Yondr. These Terms govern your use of meetyondr.com and its dating and social features. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement where you live. Do not create an account for a minor, misrepresent your age, or use Yondr to contact minors. Report suspected underage accounts through the profile reporting controls or our contact form.
Provide accurate information, use your own identity and photos, and keep your credentials private. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. Tell us if you believe someone has accessed it without permission. Do not impersonate someone, evade an account restriction, sell accounts, or create deceptive profiles.
No harassment, threats, hate, stalking, scams, spam, exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or unlawful activity. Do not post another person's private information without permission or solicit money deceptively. Respect boundaries and consent in messages, voice features, photos, and meetings. Do not scrape profiles, bypass visibility restrictions, interfere with the service, or automate unsolicited interactions.
Yondr helps people connect; a match, compatibility result, badge, or profile does not guarantee identity, intentions, safety, or a successful relationship. Use your judgment, meet in public, and never send money to someone you have only met online. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
You retain ownership of the photos, text, recordings, and other content you submit. You must have permission to share it. You grant Yondr a non-exclusive license to store, format, display, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the service, apply your settings, and handle safety reports. This does not transfer ownership of your content. Copies shared with other members may remain in their possession after you remove the original.
Discovery, likes, chats, introductions, compatibility tools, and local plans depend on availability, your settings, and the features enabled for your account. Recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees. Members are responsible for arrangements they make with each other, including attendance, transport, costs, and consent. A plan listing is not a booking or a guarantee from Yondr unless it expressly says otherwise.
The price, currency, duration, benefits, and any renewal terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Review them before paying. Do not assume a monthly or yearly label alone means automatic renewal: the checkout must identify any recurring charge. Credits, digital gifts, and paid visibility features have the uses described when offered; they do not guarantee attention, replies, or matches. Any withdrawal or affiliate feature is subject to its displayed eligibility and review requirements, and does not make every credit balance redeemable for cash.
For billing errors, cancellation help, or refund requests, use the Refund Policy. Deleting your account may not cancel an independently managed payment-provider subscription.
You may block or report members using the available controls. We may review reports and restrict content or accounts for violations, fraud, safety, or legal reasons. You can contact us to request review of an action. We may need to preserve relevant records to investigate a report or comply with law.
Features may change or experience interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular social outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yondr is not responsible for other members' independent conduct or losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
You can stop using Yondr and use account deletion where available, or ask for assistance through Contact us. We may update these Terms and will show the revised date here; where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent. Changes do not remove rights that already apply to an earlier purchase.
Questions about these Terms, an account action, or a purchase can be sent through Yondr support. Include your username and enough information to identify the issue, but never your password or full payment-card details.
